Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for enrolling at learn.antarikshtv.com. This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) sets out the terms under which Antariksh TV (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Creator”) processes refund and cancellation requests for courses and digital products purchased on the Platform.
By making a purchase on the Platform, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy in its entirety. This Policy forms part of our Terms of Use and should be read in conjunction with the same.

1. Nature of Products
All courses and content offered on learn.antarikshtv.com are non-tangible, irrevocable digital products delivered in the form of live cohort-based sessions conducted via Zoom and recorded session content made available through the Platform. As these are digital products and services, special conditions apply to refunds and cancellations as detailed in this Policy.
By purchasing a course on the Platform, You expressly acknowledge and accept that:
• You are purchasing access to a digital product and live cohort-based program.
• A seat in a batch is reserved exclusively for You upon payment confirmation.
• Preparatory work, resource allocation, and batch organization begins immediately upon your enrollment.
• The digital nature of the product and the live cohort structure means that refunds are subject to the strict conditions set out in this Policy.
2. No Refund After Batch Commencement
Once a batch has officially commenced on the communicated batch start date, no refund will be issued under any circumstances. This applies regardless of:
• Whether the Learner attended any or all of the live sessions.
• Whether the Learner accessed any of the recorded sessions or course materials on the Platform.
• Any change in the Learner’s personal circumstances after the batch start date.
• Dissatisfaction with course content after the batch has commenced.
• Inability to attend sessions due to personal scheduling conflicts or technical issues on the Learner’s end.
The batch is considered to have officially commenced on the batch start date communicated to enrolled Learners via email, the Platform dashboard, and the official Antariksh TV Telegram channel.
3. Partial Refund Before Batch Commencement
3.1 Eligibility: A Learner may be eligible for a partial refund only if they submit a written cancellation request more than three (3) calendar days before the officially communicated batch start date. Cancellation requests received on or within three (3) calendar days of the batch start date will not be eligible for any refund of any kind, as all batch resources, seat reservations, Zoom registrations, and community setups have already been fully committed by that point.
3.2 Deductions: All eligible partial refunds will be processed after deducting the following from the original purchase amount:
• Payment gateway processing fees charged by Razorpay at the applicable rate at the time of the original transaction.
• An administrative and processing fee of 10% (ten percent) of the total purchase amount.
• Any applicable GST or taxes paid on the original purchase amount, as these are remitted to the government and cannot be reversed.
The balance amount after all applicable deductions will be refunded to the Learner’s original payment method within the timeline specified in Section 5 of this Policy.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, the Learner must send an email to support@antarikshtv.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include all of the following details:
• Full name as registered on the Platform.
• Email address used for registration.
• Order number or transaction ID as received in the purchase confirmation email.
• Date of purchase.
• Course or variant purchased.
• Reason for the refund request.
Incomplete requests or requests that do not include all of the above information may not be processed. Antariksh TV will acknowledge receipt of Your refund request within 2 business days and will communicate the outcome within 7 business days of receiving all required information.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that:
• The time taken for the refund to reflect in Your account will depend on Your bank or payment provider and is beyond our control.
• We are not responsible for any delays caused by the payment gateway or Your financial institution after the refund has been initiated from our end.
• You will receive a confirmation email from us once the refund has been initiated.
6. Non-Refundable Circumstances
In addition to the no-refund policy after batch commencement, refunds will not be provided under any of the following circumstances:
• Cancellation requests submitted on or within three (3) calendar days of the batch start date, for any reason whatsoever.
• Failure to attend live sessions or access recorded content for any reason.
• Dissatisfaction with course content or teaching style after the batch has commenced.
• Failure to meet the device, software, or internet connectivity requirements necessary to access the Platform or live Zoom sessions.
• Violation of the Terms of Use or Code of Conduct resulting in removal or suspension from the Platform.
• Duplicate purchases made in error — please contact us at support@antarikshtv.com immediately if this occurs before the batch commences.
• Promotional, early bird, or discounted purchases, unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing at the time of the offer.
7. Technical Issues
If a Learner experiences technical issues accessing the Platform or live sessions that are solely and directly attributable to Antariksh TV’s systems and cannot be resolved within 72 hours of being reported in writing to support@antarikshtv.com, Antariksh TV may, at its sole discretion, offer one or more of the following remedies:
• Access extension for the affected period.
• Course credit transferable to a future batch.
• Partial refund for the specific period of unavailability.
Technical issues on the Learner’s end, including but not limited to internet connectivity problems, device incompatibility, or third-party platform issues (such as Zoom or the Learner’s email provider), will not qualify for a refund under this provision.
8. Batch Cancellation by Creator
In the rare event that Antariksh TV is required to cancel a scheduled batch entirely before it commences, enrolled Learners will be offered one of the following options:
• Full transfer of enrollment to the next available batch at no additional cost.
• A full refund of the purchase amount including applicable payment gateway fees.
Antariksh TV will notify all enrolled Learners of such cancellation as soon as reasonably practicable via email and the Platform dashboard.
9. Amendments to This Policy
Antariksh TV reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time. The revised Policy will be posted on the Platform with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Policy. We encourage You to review this Policy periodically.
